i conclude: john and sherlock have been body switched by irene, sherlock and mycroft are in her bedroom looking for the device that did this so they can switch it back, and john is downstairs, in sherlock’s body and irene’s knickers keeping her distracted.

I love this because I can just imagine this being how John and Mycroft would be after Sherlock’s ‘death’
